ADD MY PLAYER(S) TO MY FAMILY
- Go to Account (upper left corner above Sting Logo)
- Enter your Players First Name, Last Name, and Birthdate
- Upload Picture if you want (Optional)
- Click Save
REGISTER MY PLAYER IN A PROGRAM
- Go to Account (upper left corner above Sting Logo)
- Under your Players picture, click on the Register button
- Select the program by clicking Register (to the right). This will bring you to the programs home page. Cost, Dates, and other information will be found on this page.
- Select Open programs will be available on the Right side - Click Register one last time.
- Select your player / participant
- Complete the registration process. You will receive a confirmation email upon completion of the form.
To Verify your player is registered, you can now view the Tuition payments by going back to your players profile and scrolling down to Registration History and verifying they are registered.
ADD ANOTHER PARENT/GUARDIAN AS A CONTACT
- Go to Account (upper left corner above Sting Logo)
- Click on your players Participant Profile.
- The first paragraph is ACCOUNTS, where you will see yourself. Click the ADD button (to the right)
- Add Account Email Address * - Enter new contact's Email Address.
- The new contact will receive an email invitation they must accept, and log into the website using the same Email address you invited them with.
- That new contact should now appear as an Account under your name.
MODIFY YOUR PAYMENT METHOD
Questions: How do I update my Payment Method for my child's tuition?
- Go to Account (upper left corner above Sting Logo)
- Click on your players Participant Profile
- Scroll down to Registration History and find the program you want to modify - Click "View Details"
- All tuition payments will be seen for this program. You have the option to add either a Credit Card/Debit Card or ACH Profile (Online Banking Transfer)
- IMPORTANT: All Tuition payments are CHECKED by default ( on the left side).
- To select just one tuition payment to modify, un-check all of them and check JUST the payment you want to modify.
- Click Update Payment Method (bottom of the page)
- Complete the form to record your new/additional payment method.
- You should now see the change to that tuition payment(s) in the last 4 digits column (ie: *1234)
- Tuition payments can be modified by any additional contacts you have invited.
- Payments will be charged at the date identified for that payment.
*** IMPORTANT INFORMATION ***
Regardless of which contact (Primary or Additional) makes a tuition modification for a player's registration, the ultimate responsibility for payment defaults to the Primary Account Payment Method. NCMYH is not responsible for maintaining these contacts, modifying payment methods, or verifying the payment method is up-to-date/valid.
Check Your Balance
Questions: How do I Check my Players Tuition Balance?
- Go to Account (upper left corner above Sting Logo)
- Click on your players Participant Profile
- Scroll down to Registration History and find the program you want to modify - Click "View Details"
- This will show your past and future payments and a balance at the bottom.
DOWNLOAD THE MOBILE APPLICATION
- Go to Google Play Store or Apple App Store on your phone.
- Search for "Crossbar" and download/install on your phone.
- Use the same Email address & Password as you used on the StingHockey.org website in a Browser on your laptop/PC.
If your player is rostered onto a team, you should now see the Team Home Page. Email the Registrar if you have registered your player for a program and they are not rostered onto a team.
*** IMPORTANT ***
The Mobile application is an extension of the website but has limitations. It uses the same Email / Password as the website in a browser (PC/Laptop).
You CAN: See the Schedule, Staff, Roster, and Chat with the team.
You CANNOT: Make Tuition Payments, Modify Player Profiles, Modify Registration Status.
